Finance Manager job (Finalist or Qual ACCA/CIMA/ACA) working for an established company based in Chichester

An established company with offices in Chichester have approached HAYS to source a finalist or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA finance manager to join the finance department.
Your new role
As finance manager you will report into the financial controller and will be responsible for financial accounting and statutory reporting, preparation of the monthly management accounts & reports, and Group corporation tax. You will be maintaining data for quarterly VAT returns and reconciling the balance sheet accounts monthly. This position would suit someone who is keen to develop within an established finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a finalist or newly qualified accountant with experience in financial services or having worked in a reputable chartered firm. You will have a broad range of experience including tax, UKGAAP, payroll, and will be an intermediate/advanced Excel user, able to work to tight deadlines. This position will suit someone who is personable and an excellent communicator as you will be working alongside non-finance staff and producing written reports to management within the business.
