We are proud to be partnered with one of the UK's largest insurance business's based in York to recruit a number of exciting roles at the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager level. They will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds and are not limited to financial services and insurance (although experience in this area is preferred)
There are a number of Finance Manager roles which will report into various Heads of department. responsibilities could include:
Consolidation of the Group financial data
Generation of financial statements and corresponding notes
Generation of quarterly and annual reports
Feed into and deliver narrative around the reports to key stakeholders across the business
This Finance Manager role will require a candidate who is able to demonstrate relevant post-qualified experience, ideally gained within a large company environment (Insurance, Financial Services etc.). You will have a strong mix of relationship management and technical accounting skills.
You will be able to understand and interpret large amounts of data and narrative, and summarise it into succinct, meaningful and insightful commentary.
Your experience will include financial or regulatory reporting as well as analytically review skills.
