A well-established successful SME organisation have approached HAYS to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager to join the offices in Portsmouth.
Your new role
As Finance Manager you will report directly into the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing all ledgers, bank reconciliations, trial balance, balance sheets, inter-company reconciliations, quarterly VAT returns and payroll. This position will have two direct reports and you will have full control of the finance function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in a similar, all-encompassing finance manager role for a dynamic SME business. You will have a flexible approach, being organised efficient working to tight deadlines. This role would be suitable to someone who is AAT qualified, part-qualified CIMA or qualified by experience.
What you'll get in return
You will get a salary of up to £33,000 depending on experience + benefits. The offices are easily accessible, with free parking on-site coupled with 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. The hours for this role can be part or full time 25-40 hours per week.
