Harris Hill are recruiting for a Permanent Finance Manager for this well-established Health Charity Based in Surrey.
The position works closely with the CEO and senior management team delivering strong financial management, working hands-on with the charity focusing on delivery and best practice to stabilise the charity before helping with the growth of the business.
The Finance Manager will have overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the charities strategy, managing the team to produce monthly management accounts and annual rolling forecasting for the delivery of care provision, housing etc.
You will also be advising the charity on capital assets. Challenge existing practices and controls. Improve financial systems. Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met and deliver information to the Trustees and Board Members.
Strong Charity experience required
