Exciting Finance Manager opportunity within a market leading property organisation.
Your new company
Hays are currently working in partnership with a nationally recognised property organisation. They are one of the largest property organisations in the UK, and due to the size and growth of the company, are looking for a Finance Manager with excellent problem solving and communication skills to join their Birmingham Office.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be taking control of the day to day processes for the organisations large corporate clients. You will be expected to be responsible for the management of a team of assistant accountants, perfuming appraisals of the team, report and monitor team progress, meet internal and external KPIs, Generate internal and external payment reports, deliver ad hoc reports and the perform processing of invoices to enable payments.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be able to work in a high volume environment whilst meeting tight deadlines, have the ability to work with a number of stakeholders, manipulate large quantities of data, strong analytic skills, work at an advanced level of excel and have an energetic approach to their work.
What you'll get in return
