Finance Manager

New and exciting requirement to join a leading Healthcare business based in Surrey as a Finance Manager supporting their busy operations team. Daily tasks will consist of managing the cashiering, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable ledgers as well as effective leadership of the team. The preferred candidate will have an Accounting or Finance degree or similar, and a healthcare related background preferably within a managerial post. This is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic organisation plus a generous salary and extensive benefits package on offer for the successful individual.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth running of finance ledgers
  • Credit control management
  • Presenting financial information to finance and non-finance individuals
  • Monitoring controls and assisting in business process improvements
  • Managing and mentoring a medium sized team
  • Accounting Degree (minimum)
  • Proven managerial experience throughout a steady career
  • Ability to liaise with various internal and external business units
  • Proactive workability, able to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Practical mind, ability to work well within a team but act on own initiative where required
