Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join one of the UK's largest business support providers. Our client is going through a period of substantial growth and looking for individuals who will build and evolve with the business.

Our client is a well established organisation based in the centre of Reading, which is easily accessible via public transport. The business are forward thinking and seeking a candidate to enter into a fast paced environment.

The key deliverables of this role will include:
  • Preparing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Client related budgets
  • Fixed Asset register
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Preparation of P11D's
  • Liaising with clients
  • Supervising a team
The ideal candidate will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) coming from a practice background who is self motivated and highly organised. It is essential that you have exposure to VAT and monthly management accounts and preparing financial statements. You will need to be a strong communicator on all levels, included written communication.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
