Your new role
Due to their continued success and business growth they have opened up a new opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Finance Manager to join their team in Corby. In this role you would be responsible for managing all financial control procedures, ensuring site expenditure is managed to budgetary constraints, budgeting, forecasting, KPI analytics, balance sheet controls and reconciliations and managing and developing a finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
This position would suit an experienced Finance Manager who is either CIMA/ACCA qualified, qualified by experience or at the latter stages of study. You would need to be experienced in financial controls and have a knowledge and background working with warehouse KPIs. Experience in logistics would be advantageous. Staff management capability is key.
