£35-39k plus benefits
Our client is a well-established small group of manufacturing businesses who employ c70 staff. Award winning market leaders, they have been established for over 25 years. Due to forthcoming retirement they are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager.
As part of the Management Team you will be responsible for all the financial/statutory/administrative aspects of the business and manage a small team.
The duties include:
> Preparation of Management Accounts
> Stock valuations and variance analysis
> Cash flow forecasting
> Inter-company balances
> Accruals and prepayments
> Fixed asset register
> Management reporting
> Overseeing Statutory Returns - VAT, Intrastat
> Ad hoc duties as required
Great interpersonal skills are key to this role, along with previous experience in a similar position and competent IT skills (computerised accounts packages and MS Excel)
Full driving license required
This is a permanent position for a February/March start.
