Finance Manager required for a manufacturing and distribution business in Crewe.

Your new company
Our client is a successful manufacturing and distribution business based in Crewe. They are seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join their small team

Your new role
Reporting to the general manager and director this role will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts up to P&L and balance sheet review, processing monthly payroll, VAT returns, monthly depreciation analysis, costing and overhead reporting, bank reconciliations and you will liaise with the accountant for year end reporting. You will use Sage software and be confident working as part of a small team.
In addition to taking ownership of all finance related duties you will also support the general manager with implementing new IT solutions, reporting for costs, materials and work in progress, support audit requirements, health & safety and support with HR related duties.

What you'll need to succeed
We need a proven Finance Manager who has completed a similar role and is able to work within a small team, but who has also contributed to the wider business, along the lines or HR, Admin, Operations, costing analysis and audit requirements.
You will ideally be AAT qualified and able to work on your own initiative. You must be able to confidently produce monthly management accounts and all associated transactional accounting. Experience completing monthly payroll, payroll year end and P11Ds is required, ideally using Sage.
