Following the appointment of an exciting and proven CEO and a highly talented and experienced Finance Director, this charity has ambitious plans for growth and are looking for a Finance Manager to help them achieve this
You will play a fundamental role within the organisation working alongside the Senior Management team to help orchestrate the strategic direction of the organisation.
The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager will be:
*Preparation of multi site branch accounts and consolidation
*Monitor and take control of reforecasting of the budgets throughout the year
*Suggesting and developing new controls and procedures to develop a robust finance process; that will add value and drive performance
*Lead on the monthly management accounts with presentation to budget holders and key stakeholders
*Key reporting on grants, donations and contracts
*Provide key analysis and financial reports to key senior members within the organisation
*Preparation of year-end accounts and lending experience/advice on annual financial audits
*Provide financial information and reports to senior leadership, trustee and budget holders
*Experience of Sage Line 50 useful
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working within a similar position within the charity sector and have a strong desire to implement new, automated processed and really contribution to the growth and future success of the organisation.
