Macildowie are proud to be exclusively representing a fast growing Manufacturing organisation based in Northamptonshire to recruit their next Finance Manager. The business is currently on an upward trajectory following a significant and exciting period of change.

You will be responsible for the management of the Finance function of the business, working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director, with plenty of autonomy and opportunity to impact change.

Finance Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team of accountants
  • Provide accurate and insightful financial reporting to senior level across the whole business
  • Manage all VAT and Tax processes and liaise with external Auditors
  • Management of the Sales & Purchase ledger processes

You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience, with broad experience across a finance function, ideally within a Manufacturing business. You will be a strong people manager who can both lead and develop Finance professionals of varying experience.

This is a highly visible role in the business which will work closely with the Finance Director, as well as key external stakeholders. Due to the growth of the business, there is plenty of scope for this role to evolve and progress over time.
