Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists for a qualified accountant to undertake a high-profile Finance Lead role supporting a Head of Partnership Finance. Your remit includes responsibility for the Finance team, driving the provision of a financial and advisory service to Partner/Stakeholders based across the globe and involvement in a range of key international projects. A broad brief includes:
•Determining Partner/Stakeholders incentive multi-currency/FOREX payments: bonus/profit allocations for payment & processing in relevant jurisdictions
•Maintaining Partner/Stakeholders financial records to comply with profit sharing arrangements as well as managing reconciliation of Partner/Stakeholders accounting records
•Financial Control of payments: maintenance of capital, monthly Partner/Stakeholders payments, quarterly distributions & bonuses, secondment & retirement payments
•Working alongside the wider Global Finance & Tax teams to understand Partner/Stakeholders tax implications of payments, transfers & reporting
•Drive the Partner/Stakeholders year-end processes: preparing account amendments & liaison with Group Reporting & external Auditors
•Preparation of Partner/Stakeholders financial analysis, cashflow estimates & expenditure monitoring
•Administration Partner/Stakeholders pension contributions
•Preparation & distribution Partner/Stakeholders drawings statements
•Review & identification & resolution of Partner/Stakeholders issues requiring expert financial input
As a 2:1 or 1st class graduate qualified accountant, with a track record in financial reporting, multi-currency accounting, team management and strong SAP/Excel skills, gained ideally within a Professional/Legal/Law Services or international Business Services LLP/Partnership environment, you will demonstrate being able to work at the highest level (C-suite/Partner/Stakeholder), a proactive approach, the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and excellent interpersonal skills.
