The Company

The company is an exciting, young and rapidly growing phone accessory start-up with offices in London and China. After launching a blockbuster crowdfunding campaign which hit over $2.4 million in pre-orders, we won Best Crowdfunded Business of the Year 2017 and runner-up on Best Product of the Year 2017 at the UK Startup Awards.

After going from strength to strength, we’re now expanding the team in London and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Finance Grad to join the business, where there is huge scope for growth and progression.

The Role

Working closely with the Founders and Head of Operations, you will be streamlining, improving and implementing finance processes. You will also be performing detailed analysis and reporting on data whilst getting fantastic exposure to the mechanics of a fast-growing business. There is huge room for growth within the role for someone with drive, hunger and an eagerness to learn.

Key responsibilities for Finance Grad

•Managing aged payables/aged receivables

•Making payments & manage banks & payment providers.

•Helping with (and eventually lead) weekly cash-flow forecasting process

•Communicating key finance updates to the team.

•Taking over expenses approval & review process.

•Supporting & enabling Deloitte external accountants.

•Implementing a budget process

You must have:

•A passion for e-commerce and particularly start-ups

•Strong Excel skills (Preferably including VBA)

•Minimum 2:1 degree level in an Economics or Finance-related subject

•Needs to have done STEM subjects at A level with top grades

•Some experience and understanding of Business Finance & Accounting

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Very fast learner

•Obsessive eye for detail

•Extremely organised and efficient
