Finance Director

The One Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Secure Valeting in the recruitment of a Finance Director.

Head quartered in St Neots, Secure Valeting are a growing, profitable professional vehicle valeting business providing market leading services to both corporate and private motor dealerships across the UK. They also provide dent repair services and are about to launch a vehicle detailing division.

Their growth is forecast to continue and as such they have a requirement for a full-time Finance Director to join their Senior Leadership team in St Neots. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for a finance team of four and will play a key role in formulating and delivering a sustainable medium to long term growth strategy. The Finance Director will drive the provision of improved, insightful commercial financial information to aid senior management decision-making and will drive business performance through robust data analysis and reporting.

This is a very visible, influential role and so you will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non finance stakeholders in a way that is understandable. A proven track record in operating as part of a high energy, ambitious senior leadership is a pre-requisite along with the ability to challenge and question when needed.

Interested applicants will be fully qualified and preferably have worked in a complex, customer driven service organization.
