This is a strategic and leadership role first, it is not simply a role for a director in charge of the finances. They have embarked upon a significant change programme and they are looking for a dynamic leader who understands the importance of change in organisations and likes working at pace. You will be a natural influencer, as you will be helping to shape their culture change programme further. As a visible and high-profile leader, you will be making certain that they extract the full potential from every team member and through that the synergies to create a uniquely successful organisation. Beyond that the Board and Executive are looking for someone to join them in motivating, inspiring and leading the team to new ways of thinking about what they do and how they do it. They positively encourage both candidates with housing experience as well as those looking to move into the sector.
