Demon Recruitment Group is currently looking to recruit a Finance/Customer Service Agent to join their Blue Chip Logistics Client in the Colnbrook area.

Duties will include:

-Handling customer calls
-Resolving queries
-Tracing customers payments
-Investigating problems
-Assisting customers with invoice enquiries
-Escalating calls when necessary
-Ensuring all details are logged
-Checking customer information
-Updating the database
-Sending correspondence - email/fax/post

Experience/Skills required:
-Previous Customer Service/Call based experience
-Confident and professional telephone manner
-Good IT skills
