Finance Customer Assistant

Our client, a prestigious company in Birkenhead, is currently seeking Inbound Collections Advisors to join a busy financial customer service department.

You will be expected take inbound calls from financial services customers to provide an excellent service and handle a manner of enquiries and liaise with other offices.

You will be confident, computer literate and customer focused. Previous customer facing experience is required.

Role is subject to a credit check.

Hours: 8am - 8pm Monday - Saturday & 10am -6pm Sunday, Any 5 out of 6 Days. Core hours are Friday - Monday
