The Role



You will be responsible for providing assistant in the day to day financial administration within the finance team. Duties include:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports for management
  • Supervise the completion of time sheets, expenses and chasing of supplier invoices
  • Advise Project Managers on financial matters and assist them in preparing finance forecasts
  • General finance housekeeping activity
  • Maintain petty cash and prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Chase project managers for invoicing and monitor costs
  • Ensure financial date is correct, chasing project managers for information, running reports to check pipeline activity
  • Monitor and report overheads
  • Monitoring costs monthly against operating plan
  • Assist in finance training sessions for local staff

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial systems and processes to include PFF, CFF, Infor, Concur, CRM
  • High degree of IT literacy, particularly in Excel
  • Degree in Business and Finance or AAT qualified
  • Experience of professional services
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive and diligent
