Finance clerk Trowbridge, immediate start

Your new company

Our client operates in the residential industry, they are a forward thinking and well respected organisation. They offer a welcoming and team orientated working environment. The company require a Finance administrator to join their team on a 1 month contract

Your new role

As part of an administration team based at their central office, you will play a vital role in the company's operation, providing effective support to its finance systems. Duties will include: Invoicing daily, maintaining credit control by monitoring unpaid invoices, processing daily bank receipts and payments, updating spreadsheets and Performing reconciliation of specified balance sheet accounts at month end. You will be heavily involved with the purchase ledger team.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience of financial systems would be a distinct advantage. You will need to be able to plan, prioritise and organise your own work, use your initiative, be self-motivated, Quick to learn and willing to develop new skills.

What you'll get in return

You will be on 1 month contract working full time hours based in Trowbridge. The role is subject to review and can potentially extend. You will have support from the line manager and be working within a team.
