RattrayParkin are recruiting for a Finance (Processing) Clerk to work for a small but growing business based just South of Loughborough. The role will involve processing high volumes of invoices, undertaking other finance duties, as well and answering customer queries by email and phone.
The main duties will be:
- Process sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Raising invoices
- Responding to customer queries
Other duties will include:
- Pre-payments and accruals
- Journal entries
- Ledger balances
- Relevant experience
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable processing high volumes of invoices
- Can work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both on phone and via email
- Customer focussed
- Strong IT skills - Sage L50 and Excel would be helpful
The role would be ideal for a candidate with experience of high volume processing but also able to perform other finance duties when needed.
The salary on offer will depend on your level of experience.
