The business provides a highly needed and sought after product and service.
You will be reporting to and working closely with Directors, drawing on your experience to identify key business areas for growth and financial and strategic goals.
You will lead financial change initiatives, implement robust finance controls to challenge costs, produce month end figures and monthly management reporting packs to the business as well as construct budgets and forecasts, and sales and performance analysis.
To be successful in this post you will be commercial, with excellent people and negotiation skills whilst being highly analytical with an outstanding attention to detail.
You will be an effective decision maker, able to take a holistic view of the business, methodical and a team player.
Technically you will have experience of preparing management and financial reports, able to provide and interpret MI for use by the business, have commercial experience preferably in a large, multi-site organisation, and hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA
