The successful Finance Business Partner will:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to assist in performance tracking.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review and challenge financial data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Support the development and implementation of financial processes and policies.
• Assist in driving cost efficiencies and optimising resource allocation.

Profile

The successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance. .
• Proven ability to analyse financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience in budgeting & forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
