Finance Business Partner – Norfolk - Remote/Home-based – £40,000 – 50,000

This is a remote based role with occasional meetings in Norfolk and London. You do need to be based within East Anglia.

You will act as a strategic advisor to project and programme leads, bringing financial insight, challenge, and innovation to commercial activity. This is a high-impact role focused on improving value-for-money outcomes and long-term financial sustainability.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll partner with key budget holders, deliver financial planning, and lead budgeting and forecasting across core programmes. You'll analyse financial data, track KPIs, support cost-benefit evaluations, and ensure compliance with funding rules and internal controls.

You’ll take a lead role in improving reporting through systems integration and new technologies, translating financial data into clear advice for operational teams. You’ll also help develop business cases and ensure transparency around public and industry funding.

What You Need:
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA)
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering
  • Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge (e.g., Sage, Xero)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confidence interpreting complex data and presenting insights clearly
