Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting a Finance Business Partner. Our client is an ambitious, commercially focused, learning Institution based in Central London who have an opportunity to join the team to support the organisation through a period of change and growth.

Working closely with their influential and well-respected Head of Finance you will be tasked with looking after broad spectrum of key business areas, taking a lead on various projects and driving profitability across these and the wider organisation. Tasked with providing a commercial Business Partnering support function to the institute, specific Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

*Advise, challenge and coach budget holders and divisional directors on financial performance across
15 different key business areas.
*Prepare reports and commentaries on the impact of projects on the long-term plans for the business
*Review income and costing pressures and deputise for the Head of Finance when needed.
*Review and deliver monthly management accounting packs, working closely with budget holders,
proving insightful financial analysis and assisting in annual budget setting.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and It is essential to hit the ground running in this role that you have a strong finance business partnering experience. You will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to clearly and concisely relay financial information to people without a finance background.
