This is a really exciting and unique opportunity to join our Finance Business Partnering Team to work closely with the Managing Director of RNIB Solutions as we develop and implement plans for the next three years.
RNIB Solutions oversees RNIB’s work to help individuals and businesses find practical solutions to the challenges presented by sight loss. This includes our retail and reading services and innovating on behalf of our customers to make content, products and services more accessible.
You’ll provide high quality financial management leadership and support to the Managing Director through: assisting and influencing the formulation of strategy, business plans, budgets and forecasts; delivering insightful internal and external reporting and analysis to drive effective decision making; ensuring full alignment with RNIB’s wider objectives.
With extensive experience in supporting change and performance improvement as a finance business partner, this is a unique opportunity that’ll require all of your outstanding technical accounting and relationship skills, particularly in communicating, influencing and also developing colleagues around financial matters.
