A National Wholesaler based in West London is looking to recruit a new Finance Business Partner to help support the growth and expansion of the companies sales team. The company has been going through an exciting period of change updating and developing its corporate head office function to help safeguard its success within the wholesale sector. The company has big plans for the future development of the business and is looking for new talent join them on this journey.
Your new role
As the new Finance Business Partner to the Sales team you will be responsible for developing the reporting and process structure that will improve the detail of understanding the sales team has of their performance. This will involve developing weekly flash reports and providing commercial insight into the numbers you will be providing. A key part of the role will be understanding the key drivers effecting the sales team and helping to address performance and productivity within sales.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with industry experience where you have been directly business partnering with a sales function. Ideally you will have experienced the sales part of a business at a retail/wholesale/BTC type of company as this will be need to really hit the ground running in the role.
