Finance Business Analyst - Insurance - London
Your new company
A leading Lloyd's Syndicate with a strong reputation on the market who are expanding their change team. They are rearranging their organisation, processes and systems and are developing their capacity for change within their finance space. This role is London-based though the organisation also have a global presence.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst you will be involved in a range of projects aimed at improving operational processes and systems. Tasks include working with the business and IT to act as a buffer and ensure both parties needs are taken into consideration. The role involves capturing requirements, documentation, coordinating UAT, process mapping and hosting steering committees.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in Business Analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also a must. An insurance background is beneficial otherwise experience of working on projects in financial services is important.
