Your new role
As the Finance Assistant you will reporting into the Finance Business Partner and be responsible for all purchase ledger and aspects of credit control. Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly reports
- Ensure balance sheet control accounts are accurate
- Process all invoices
- Reconciliation of all purchase ledger records
- Petty cash management
- Responsible for the collection of aged debt
- Raise Sales Ledger invoices
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience sales ledger, credit control and Purchase Ledger dealing with high volume of invoices.
The business is looking for self-motivated, individuals with a positive attitude who can work to their own devices as the role is predominately home based with 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
