Due to a recent restructure they are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a team of six , you will be instrumental in ensuring the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable are well managed in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining the Sales ledger and collecting overdue debt by telephone and email
AR invoice/credit note creation
Processing invoices for Accounts Payable
Tracking invoices out for approval
Taking incoming calls and resolving customer queries
Responsible for new supplier creation
Price change control
PO invoice match and input
Preparing BACS runs
Resolving internal Supplier queries
Accounts Payable Statement reconciliations
Expense and Credit Card processing
Ideally you will have previous experience gained within an all round Finance role and be comfortable working in a team environment. You will have good IT skills including Excel and Sage.
