Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk
£24,000 + Pension
This role is an excellent opportunity for an Sales and Purchase Clerk with the determination to succeed to join a successful local organisation where there will be plenty of opportunity for advancement.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the production and administration of the day to day finance function
- Reconciling supplier statements with supplier’ account and processing cheque and BACs payments
- Raising sales invoices and recording details of payments received onto client accounts
- Reconciling client accounts and preparing weekly reports detailing overdue payments
- Assisting with the credit control function, chasing overdue payments via telephone and email
- Preparing weekly reports detailing income received and expenditure for the management team
