Working with a welcoming, friendly and supportive team, this role will be on going and will include the following duties:
To assist the finance team in respect of budgets, preparation of management accounts and reporting to stake holders.
Assist in preparing the financial forecast and budget for approval
Assist in the preparation of all reconciliation's of funding and grants ahead of the preparation of the management accounts
Maintain the Fixed assets registers.
Assist in the preparation of the Management account packs
Preparation and assistance with all financial internal and external audits.
To carry any other financial duties within the team.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Strong Excel skills
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of general office based IT packages
Ability to work within a customer focused environment
Ability to work within a team and assist team members
