A fantastic opportunity for an entry level finance professional to join a market leading business as a Sales Ledger Assistant on a interim to permanent basis. Based out of a friendly open plan office the Sales Ledger Assistant will join a fast paced and rapidly growing business.

Sales Ledger Assistant responsibilities;

  • The managing of daily Direct Debits
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations of Aged Debts and credit control issues
  • Production of weekly invoices
  • Consolidation of Accounts for Franchisee payments
  • Month End procedures
  • Job tickets and Price ticket queries

Sales Ledger Assistant Skills & Experience Required

  • Numerate and literate with good written and oral communication skills
  • The applicant must be a good team player & able to follow direction but also have the ability to work on their own and use initiative
  • Possess good organisational skills with a methodical approach
  • Be IT literate
  • Excellent Excel skills required - pivot tables, look ups
  • Relevant experience within an accounting office is preferred
  • Self Motivated and flexible
  • A wide variety of System packages are used Mentor (accounts package) Impromptu & Alchemy. Along with Word, Outlook and Excel
