Finance Assistant Job, working on a part time temporary basis. Located in Central London

My client is a Central London based arts charity. They are recruiting a Finance Assistant on a part-time for three days a week on a temporary basis.
Your new role
Reporting into a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the petty cash. You will also be responsible for reconciling high volumes of invoices and checking supplier bank details. You will create annual invoices and ensure all standing payments are in place for processing. Furthermore you will be for working closely with the finance team to complete year-end sales ledger reports and answering auditor queries where needed. You will also assist with month end closing as well as producing monthly reports.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed it is essential to have experience of purchase ledger and sales ledger processing. It is also essential you have previous experience in using sage line 50. You will ideally be studying towards your ACCA or CIMA qualifications or be AAT qualified.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a rate of £14 per hour working on a part time contract working in an excellent Central London location. This is on a temporary basis however does have the potential to become permanent.
