Finance Assistant, £18,000 + (full time equivalent), 25 days paid annual leave

A well known manufacturer based around the Scunthorpe area. This business has multiple sites across the UK and is now recruiting for a part time Finance Assistant due to the expansion of work load. They have outstanding testimonials from their customers and have a loyal network due to their excellent service.
Your new role
The position of Finance Assistant will include all aspects of purchase ledger, sales ledger receipts, bank reconciliations, VAT reporting, credit control, preparing payment runs, purchase order processing and adhoc administration duties. You'll work within a supportive team of 2 and require a motivational attitude to learn new accounting skills. The client is keen to progress the successful candidate and spend time with them to improve their experience. This position offers 16 hours per week.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this opportunity you will have experience working within a similar accounts assistant position or be able to demonstrate varied skills within finance. You will need to show a keen eye for detail and commitment to pick up new skills that are beneficial towards the business.
What you'll get in return
The salary offered will be dependant your skills and experience however this will be £18,000 circa (full time equivalent). The business also offers 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and 3 days during the Christmas period.
