This is a super role for a Finance Assistant/ Administrator working for a nationally recognised specialist law firm in their beautiful offices in Guildford. With free parking and some flexibility around hours if needed, this is a rare opportunity.
The firm are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to manage the day to day running of the department and whose remit will include:
Costs accounting and cost control, invoicing and debtor control, banking and reconciliation, VAT accounting and Client monies accounting and control.
Whilst it would be useful to have experience of working in a law firm (and SARs), this is not absolutely necessary. However, you must be IT literate and numerate, able to work independently and show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
