Reporting to and working closely with the Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
*Processing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices;
*Posting bank transactions;
*Monitoring creditor balances and issuing supplier payment following approval;
*Credit control by telephone and email and identifying trends;
*Posting of journals when required.
Short listed candidates will possess varied, all round accounts experience and will possess a flexible, adaptable approach towards all tasks. Please note that the business will be relocating their offices to Portsmouth and candidates will therefore be happy to travel to Chichester in the short term.
