Temporary Finance Assistant position working for a market leading organisation in Edinburgh
Your new company
A market leading, private sector organisation is going through a period of growth and is looking for bring a finance assistant on board to assist th head of finance with all aspects of transactional finance.
Your new role
In your new role you will be an essential part of the companies head office finance team and you will report directly into the Head of Finance. You will assist with UK bank reconciliations, posting invoices and dealing with any discrepancies. Further to this you will be responsible for client accounts and all month end duties. You will be exposed to Microsoft Excel and a bespoke accounting system.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be immediately available to start work in Edinburgh and able to work between 9 to 12 months in a contract position. You have experience of transactional finance, specifically reconciliations, invoice processing and month end accounts. In person you will have excellent communication skills and able to come into a friendly, close-nit environment. You will be confident in your abilities and able to get in and hit the ground running.

In return you will receive a long term temporary contract of at least 9 to 12 months.
