Finance Assistant

Bruckshaw Associates are recruiting exclusively for our Stonehouse based client. They require an experienced finance assistant to join their growing team.

Reporting to the finance manager responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

  • Responsibility of both Purchase and sales ledger duties.

  • Responsibility for all aspects of credit control, must be confident on the phone when chasing customers. Able to implement and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Processing all invoices and expenses.

  • Quarterly and year end stock reconciliations.

  • Assisting with monthly project costing.

  • Carrying out administration duties.

Skills experience:

  • Experience of working in an SME.

  • Confident Excel user.

  • Knowledge of sage line 50 is desirable but not essential.

  • Professional telephone manner.
