My client is looking for a temporary Finance Assistant to start mid January, this is a temporary contract lasting until April with the opportunity of extension for the right calibre candidate.
You will be working within a team of 4 in a small accounts environment working alongside other finance assistants and reporting into the Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for the correct candidate to really add strength to their CV!
Your duties will be:
Daily sales invoicing
Cash book reconciliation
Posting payments received to the correct accounts
Reconciliation and closedown of sales ledger
Maintaining ledger accuracy
Inter-company accounts invoicing
Maintaining an up to date filing system
You will be a highly motivated individual with the drive and passion to succeed, you will also have previous experience from working in sales ledger/accounts assistant roles previously.
A working knowledge of AX Dynamics would be extremely beneficial but is not essential.
