Edward Mann are recruiting for a well established Retail company based in Slough. Our client is looking for an Finance Assistant to join their team.
This position will support the Finance team in all Payments and Accounts Payable.
Duties & Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)
- Group-wide Bank reconciliations
- Review, input and process AP invoices
- Online Banking
- Petty cash handling and reconciliations
- Supporting the Finance team in daily/monthly reconciliations
- Constantly look to improve internal procedures and develop control processes
- Assisting with payment queries
- Ad-hoc tasks to support Finance team
- Accounts Payable experience
- Working knowledge within a finance team
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
