Our Client is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant for a Permanent Position based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a finance function and be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial processes. A strong customer focus is essential, with superb attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Reviewing/monitoring Account Reconciliations
- Set up/preparation of international transfers
- Preparation of Debit Reversals
- Monitor/Review debit payments within Debit Summary Report
- Administer faster payments files
- Preparing Balance Reports for Reconciliation
- Importing BACs files
- Work under direction of and report to the Finance Manage
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- Previous financial administration experience within a customer led environment
- Excellent inter-personal and customer/client services skills
- Accuracy and high-level attention to detail - Essential
