Role Profile: Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant will be an integral part of the Finance Team and will work with various teams within the business to ensure that transactional processes are as efficient as possible.


Crypto Specific

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of crypto finance matters
  • Work closely with Sales team getting customer information in order to raise invoices
  • Analyse the database daily to identify how many Crypto currencies are needed
  • Liaise with Sales team to forecast future cryptocurrency demands for future clients in order to plan ahead
  • Routinely check company bank account and report on incoming transfers for Crypto currency
  • Ensure swift transfer of Crypto Currencies
  • Place Crypto trade data onto a database ensuring all information is correct, matching information given by Sales team
  • Exchange Crypto currencies using Bitcoin exchange wallet and transfer to clients
  • Check compliance documents (KYC) for customers such as ID checks, how much they are buying, company margin etc.

General Finance

  • Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolution of finance related queries
  • Provide financial support to team members
  • Any other duties as required by the business and other departments

Key Requirements:

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage demanding stakeholders
  • Experience working in a similar or administrative role beneficial
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise a heavy and varied work load
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to adapt to different working styles
  • Strong IT skills are essential especially in using Excel
  • Knowledge of Google drive, documents, sheets an advantage
  • Degree level or equivalent or some experience
