Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation for the position of Finance Administrator. The role is pivotal to the finance team of the organisation and reports into the finance manager. The role is located in Bangor and is available for an immediate start.
Your new role
You will be responsible processing sales invoicing and credit notes through the finance system,
processing of cash allocation and reconciliation of customer accounts, Credit Control; stand in for the credit controller when required, collection of monies owed to the organisation. Carry out good administration of your area of work including records and file notes, filing, photocopying.
What you'll need to succeed
2 years experience working in a similar finance administration role. Experience in ledger operations. Good organisational skills.
