Purchase Ledger Assistant
12 Month Contract
The position will involve working as part of a friendly accounts payable team, reporting into the Finance Manager working for a large Cornish organisation. You will be looking after payments to multiple suppliers, maintaining good supplier relationships and being part a wider finance team.
- Process purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations
- Deal with queries from suppliers
- Investigate and correct balances
The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail, good team working and communication skills. Previous accounts payable experience is required as this position is work from home, although training will be given.
