If you're the type of professional that really wants to be the go-to person when it comes to the operational delivery and departmental ownership of a business, then this role is for you.
You'll be the lead person in the finance department who will look after all of the financial operational reporting and commercial analysis for a global supplier of goods with the divisions under your attention being Finance, Facilities Management, HR, Logistics/Warehouse and Legal.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limed to...
- Financial Reporting (IFRS exposure ideal)
- Commercial Analysis and presentation
- Cost Control and analysis
- Management of the Transactional Finance Process
- IT Project Management
- Business Partnering of HR, Facilities, Warehousing Operations etc.
- Accurate KPI deliverables
- H&S and Control Management
This is such a varied and very hands on role, it requires someone who really thrives on the extensive business partnering nature of such an operational role and ideally someone who has experience working within an multi-departmental business.
Communication comes as a key essential, especially as the varying departments will have varying personalities and ways of working - proactive approaches and management as well as being approachable would be such a powerful, synergistic attribute, with your communication.
You'll preferably be a ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified/part qualified Accountant, with the passion and expereince of operational finance and cost controls.
