Fantastic SME Finance and Commercial Manager role, circa £45,000 plus benefits, Warwick
Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are exclusively working with this fantastic, modern, progressive business, based in Warwick, to recruit an SME Finance and Commercial Manager. You will have sole responsibility of the finance function, making key finance decisions that include directing and administering all financial plans. You will be supporting and advising the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team in decision making, leading the company budgeting process, reporting and monitoring of company performance metrics and providing an overall financial oversight.
Your new role
Reporting into the Chief Executive, you will produce the monthly management information pack, consolidate the annual budget, including long-term cash-flow planning, and business partnering, planning and analysis throughout the whole of the company. Other duties include monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, financial modelling, cash flow reporting and monthly accounts. You will also be managing and developing 3 members of staff, some non-finance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant, with a proven commercial track record, and the enthusiasm and drive to add strategic value. Ideally you will have some staff management experience, but this is not essential.
