Finance and Administration Manager - Ongoing temporary contract - Bridgend - ASAP start

My organisation is a well established SME manufacturing company who pride themselves on their unique product and their delivery on customer service.
Your new role
Daily bank postings, Receipts and payments, also bank reconciliation, (approx. 2000 transactions per month) Raising purchase orders, matching to purchase invoices and posting on Sage, (assistant to support)
Posting Petty Cash payments and receipts
Reconciling Supplier statements
Preparing payment runs at the end of the month (assistant to support)
Preparing paperwork for Sales invoices (assistant to support)
Experience in Sage payroll (would be great)
Stock control, we have a database that information is imported from into Sage 50
The Stock control is essential
Checking, collating and raising Sales invoices.
All of the above would have support from Accountants
What you'll need to succeed
You will be available immediately or working to a short notice within your current role.
Must be conscious, and attention to detail, in dealing with paper work.
Monthly reporting to customers (great knowledge of Excel)
