Finance & Admin Officer - 28 Hours per week
Salary £20,800 (£26,000 FTE)
PCHA is a successful, small community-based registered provider of social housing based in Penge, south east London. We own and manage 271 homes and we are passionate about working together with our tenants and making a positive impact on our community.
We are seeking to recruit a highly organised, flexible and enthusiastic Finance and Admin Officer to join our small team and help us achieve our vision. The postholder will be responsible for managing the day to day finance admin as well as providing admin support to the Chief Exec and team. You do not have to be an experienced finance person but you do have to be flexible, a quick learner and keen to get involved.
This is an exciting new role for the right person, with lots of scope to get to know the business and get involved in a variety of areas and projects as well as dealing with the finance admin. We see this as a great role for someone who wants to learn the business and develop their career, whether this is in finance or in the wider housing field and there will be scope for personal development for the right person.
