This business needs a Finance Analyst who can build models, spot trends, and make sense of financial data without getting lost in the weeds. If you love spreadsheets but can also explain what they actually mean to people who don't, keep reading.

What will your day look like?

• Creating financial models that don't just look fancy but actually help the business make decisions.
• Owning cashflow forecasting-because if we don't know where the money's going, we're in trouble.
• Producing reports that highlight key variances (and figuring out why they exist).
• Partnering with different teams, so they actually understand their budgets rather than just nodding along in meetings.
• Supporting the month-end process (yes, we know, everyone's favourite).
• Finding ways to make our financial systems and processes better.

What do you need?

• Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• FP&A, Finance Analyst, or Management Accounting experience-this isn't an entry-level gig.
• Strong Excel skills-if pivot tables scare you, this isn't the one.
• You've used some kind of accounting software before (we're not expecting you to code it, just use it).
• Commercially minded-you understand finance isn't just about numbers, it's about the bigger picture.
• Able to juggle deadlines without dropping the ball.
